All Female players playing in the Co-ed League are eligible to play down one age level if they choose.  This would only change your group if you are the minor age in your age division, otherwise, you would stay with your same group.  There is a request form to fill out for review and approval.

All ages groups may play on weekends in addition to the above-mentioned games.  Practices are coach-specific.

PLAYER EQUIPMENT

Lacrosse equipment is similar to hockey. If you are just starting out and you play hockey, then you already have almost everything you need. Check out the image below to see what you may need:

GOALIE EQUIPMENT

For players wanting to play goalie, your club may supply you with your protective gear. Speak to your coach at a pre-season camp about this.

BOX LACROSSE-PLAYING SURFACE

Box lacrosse is played on indoor hockey rinks with some different markings. These include a larger crease area and transition zones to name a couple.

This keeps the game moving and why it is called the fastest game on two feet.
